# Overview

**AppSOC for Jira Security** is a Jira app on the Atlassian Marketplace that allows you to identify, prioritize, and triage vulnerabilities directly from the Jira interface.

Using the **AppSOC for Jira Security** app, you can integrate the AppSOC platform to handle vulnerabilities aggregated from a broad range of SAST, SCA, Container, IaC, DAST, CSPM, and other types of scanners. This allows remediation teams to directly work on issues right from the Jira environment with a single app for a broad range of scanners.

Vulnerabilities of Applications on AppSOC platform can be monitored and managed right from Jira Security interface. AppSOC uses Application's context and Threat Intel to calculate the risk score of vulnerabilities. This significantly reduces the vulnerability noise and improves the team's efficiency.
